Return and refund policy
7-Day Right to Return
You have a statutory 7-day right to return, meaning you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition (including tags and packaging), and you must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns are free of charge - we provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly, which may include replacement, store credit, or a refund where applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return under any circumstances. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., edibles, groceries, flowers, live plants).
- Final sale, discounted, or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
Store Credit Only / No Refunds (Second-Hand Electronics)
All second-hand (non-brand new) electronics are eligible for store credit only, subject to inspection. The item must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging, with no signs of damage, tampering, or misuse. Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card, equal to the original purchase price.
This credit can be used toward the purchase of any new product on opsando.com online store. Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative. We reserve the right to deny store credit if the returned product does not meet these conditions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, contact us at support (at) opsando.com with your order details. You will receive instructions for packaging and sending the item to the correct return address.
If you are returning an Apple device, you must disable the Find My Device feature before sending it. Refunds for Apple devices may be delayed or declined if this feature is still active upon receipt.
