• Return window: 7 days from delivery.
• Item condition: Must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and proof of purchase.
• Return costs: Free only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer pays return shipping.
• Non-returnable items: Personal care/intimate items, perishables, digital goods, custom-made products, gift cards, and all discounted/clearance items.
• Defective/damaged items: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Resolution is typically a replacement or store credit.
• Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
