Yes. Opsando.com trades under Opsando Business Solutions Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Zambia and registered with PACRA. We’re based in Livingstone, with local customer support and a showroom/office. Some sourcing is managed internationally by our Norway-based Opsando team to bring in quality stock.

No, we don’t have a traditional physical shop. Opsando.com is a modern, eco-friendly way to shop in Zambia, built to serve anyone, wherever they are. Should you need physical assistance, our Livingstone showroom is available for viewing, pickups and support.

We accept online payments only. You can pay securely at checkout using mobile money or bank card (and Apple Pay/Google Pay where available). We do not accept cash, including at the showroom.

Returns depend on the item type and condition. Brand-new (sealed) items can be returned within7 days if they are unopened, unused, and complete. Used electronics are only eligible for defect-related claims within 24 hours of delivery. Some items are final sale (including perishables, personal care items, used tools, and used gaming consoles).
We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit or an exchange, and all approved returns are subject to inspection.

We offer free pickup from our Livingstone showroom, or delivery anywhere in Zambia. Delivery is a flat K120, and it’s free on orders K5,000 and above.
In-stock items from our Livingstone showroom typically arrive in 1–5 business days (outside Livingstone).
For items shipped from our Norway headquarters, please allow 3–4 weeks. Delivery timelines are estimates.

Why do some products take 3-4 weeks delivery?
Some products are shipped from abroad (including from our Norway headquarters) rather than being held locally in Livingstone. For certain high-value products, we ship to Zambia only when ordered to avoid overstocking.
International shipping and customs processing can take time, so we quote 3–4 weeks to stay transparent. All customs are included in our listed prices. Custom or special orders requested as a sourcing service may have customs charged separately, and we will confirm this with you upfront.

No, we don’t offer instalments or lay-by at the moment. All orders must be paid in full online at checkout before we can process or release the item.

Yes, we deliver nationwide across Zambia using our delivery partners. If an exact doorstep delivery is not possible in a very remote area, we will contact you to confirm the best nearby drop-off point or the closest town/collection point. Please make sure your checkout address and phone number are accurate so the courier can reach you quickly.

Yes. For items purchased on Opsando.com, the price shown already includes applicable duties and taxes, so you won’t face surprise charges on delivery. The only exception is custom or special orders arranged as a sourcing service (often for B2B), where duties and taxes may be quoted separately and agreed with you upfront.

We don’t offer a blanket warranty on everything. Instead, we back purchases with our policy-led assurance. Used electronics are eligible for defect-related claims within 24 hours of delivery, and brand-new sealed items can be returned within 7 days if they are unopened and unused. Any additional manufacturer warranty (where applicable) is stated on the product page.
