About Opsando
Opsando is a Norwegian company specialising in refurbished Apple devices. We source, test and grade iPhones, MacBooks and AirPods, and ship them to customers internationally.
Founded in 2025, we operate from Sveio in Vestland, on the west coast of Norway.
What we do
We buy pre-owned Apple hardware, restore it to full working condition, and sell it at a fraction of new retail. Every device passes through the same process before it reaches a listing:
- Inspection and testing across 30 functional checkpoints
- Repair or rejection. Anything that fails a test is either repaired with high-quality replacement parts or removed from stock
- Factory reset and cleaning, with all previous user data wiped and Activation Lock confirmed removed
- Cosmetic grading, so you know exactly what condition you're buying
- Battery assessment, with health or cycle count listed on every product page
The result is equipment that performs like new, costs considerably less, and keeps working hardware out of landfill.
Who we sell to
We ship internationally, with a focus on markets where quality refurbished technology is difficult to buy reliably. We currently serve customers in Zambia and Zimbabwe, and we expect that list to grow.
We add new markets carefully. Each one requires proper shipping arrangements, local tax handling and customs support before we open it, and we would rather serve a few countries properly than claim to reach everywhere and handle none of them well.
How we work
Transparent pricing. You see the full cost at checkout, including tax and duty where we collect it. No surprise charges on delivery.
Insurance included as standard. Every order is fully insured from dispatch until delivery. If a device is lost or damaged in transit, you receive a replacement or a full refund. There's no separate cover to buy first.
A free 3-month warranty on every device, with faults resolved without shipping anything back to Norway.
Honest listings. Condition grade, battery health and what's included are stated openly on every product page. We also publish guides on how to read battery health and how to check a used iPhone isn't stolen or locked, whether you buy from us or not.
