Opsando Free 3-Month Warranty

Our 3-month warranty

Every device we sell comes with a free 3-month warranty. There is nothing to register, nothing to buy, and no extended plan to upsell you. It starts the day your order is delivered.

Buying a used device from a seller in another country usually means hoping nothing goes wrong, because there is no realistic way to get help if it does. That is the problem this warranty is built to solve.

You don't ship anything back to Norway

This is the part that matters most.

If a covered fault appears, we agree a refund with you that reflects the cost of repairing that fault locally, and you keep the device. You get it fixed near home, and you are not out of pocket.

Sending a phone or laptop back to Norway would cost more than most repairs, take weeks, and leave you without a device the whole time. For a fault that a local technician can fix in an afternoon, that helps nobody.

Where a repair would cost more than 50% of what you paid, we arrange a full refund and return instead. You should never be left holding a device that costs more to fix than it is worth.

What the warranty covers

Hardware faults that appear through normal use, including:

  • Screen defects
  • Charging problems
  • Faults with speakers, cameras or buttons
  • Battery total failure, meaning the battery no longer charges or holds any charge
  • Battery swelling or deformation

If a battery swells, stop using the device and contact us straight away. A swollen battery is a safety risk, not a performance problem. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund rather than a repair contribution, and we will tell you how to handle the device safely in the meantime.

What the warranty does not cover

  • Normal battery wear, degradation and reduced capacity over time
  • Accidental damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Cracked screens or housing caused by impact
  • Normal cosmetic wear
  • Devices opened or repaired by a third party after delivery

On batteries. We list battery status, and health percentage where the device reports it, on every product page. The minimum battery health we sell is 70%. Because that condition is disclosed before you buy, gradual wear is not treated as a fault. Sudden total failure and swelling are.

How to make a claim

Email us at support@opsando.com within 7 days of the fault appearing, and within the 3-month warranty period. Include your order number and:

  1. A photo of your device's serial number or IMEI. You will find it in Settings › General › About on iPhone, or About This Mac on a MacBook.
  2. A short video showing the fault. This helps us understand the problem quickly and agree a fair amount without a lot of back and forth.
  3. A screenshot of battery health, for battery claims. Settings › Battery › Battery Health on iPhone.
  4. A repair quote from a verifiable local technician, for faults outside our standard list, or if you believe the repair will cost more than the amount we offer.

We will respond within 7 business days with a refund amount based on typical repair costs for that fault in your country. Once you accept, we refund to your original payment method.

Good to know

The warranty applies in every market we serve. It is not affected by the return terms where you live. If you are in Zimbabwe, where sales are final, your warranty is exactly the same as a customer's in Zambia.

One claim per device. Accepting a refund completes the warranty for that device.

Refunds go to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, wallet or account.

Your legal rights are unaffected. Nothing in this warranty limits any right you have under consumer law in your country that cannot lawfully be excluded.
