Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks. Every order ships tracked, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once it leaves our facility.

It depends on your delivery address and how much you order.
Zambia: orders of 1 to 2 items
We're registered for tax in Zambia, so VAT and any applicable duty are calculated and collected at checkout. Nothing further is due on delivery.
Zambia: orders of 3 or more items
Orders above 2 units are treated as commercial imports, and tax and duty become the buyer's responsibility. Our clearing agent in Zambia handles the customs process on your behalf at no extra charge, so you only pay the duty and tax assessed by customs.
Zimbabwe
We don't collect tax or duty at checkout. Any import charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are payable by you before delivery. Rates vary, so check with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.
