Store credit is a digital balance linked to your Opsando account. You can use it as a payment method at checkout to pay for products in full or reduce the total cost of any order.

How it works

1. Purchase a store credit pack in the amount you need.
2. Instant credit: Your balance is added to your account automatically as soon as your order is confirmed.
3. Shop as normal — your credit balance will appear as a payment option at checkout.
4. Track your balance anytime from your account dashboard.

Key details

• No Expiration: Your credits never expire — use them whenever you're ready.
• Non-Refundable: Store credit cannot be refunded or transferred to another account.
• Processing Fee Included: Prices already include a ~3.5% payment processing fee charged by your payment provider (MTN, Airtel, or Card) at checkout.
