What is Store Credit?

Store credit is a digital balance linked to your Opsando account. You can use it as a payment method at checkout to pay for products in full or reduce the total cost of any order.

Non-Refundable: Store credit cannot be refunded or transferred to another account.
Processing Fee Included: Prices already include a ~3.5% payment processing fee charged by your payment provider (MTN, Airtel, or Card) at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks. Every order ships tracked, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once it leaves our facility.

Will I pay customs duty or tax on my order?

It depends on your delivery address and how much you order.

Zambia: orders of 1 to 2 items

We're registered for tax in Zambia, so VAT and any applicable duty are calculated and collected at checkout. Nothing further is due on delivery.

Zambia: orders of 3 or more items

Orders above 2 units are treated as commercial imports, and tax and duty become the buyer's responsibility. Our clearing agent in Zambia handles the customs process on your behalf at no extra charge, so you only pay the duty and tax assessed by customs.

Zimbabwe

We don't collect tax or duty at checkout. Any import charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are payable by you before delivery. Rates vary, so check with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.

Mobile money. MTN Money and Airtel Money, available in Zambia and processed by DPO Pay.
