Ready to play, without the download
Every console is updated to the latest supported system software before we dispatch it. PS4 system updates run to several gigabytes, and downloading one over mobile data is expensive. We've already done it, so you can set up and start playing.
If Sony has released an update since your console left us, a smaller one may still be needed. Individual games may also require their own updates.
Which one should you get?
Standard PS4 plays every PS4 game in full HD. It's the right choice if you're gaming on a 1080p TV, which most people are.
PS4 Pro adds 4K and HDR support, with better frame rates and sharper detail on games that support it. Worth the difference if you have a 4K TV.
Both play the same games. Both include one official DualShock 4 or equivalent third-party controller.
Games are not included. Additional controllers are sold separately.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks. Every order ships tracked, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once it leaves our facility.

It depends on your delivery address and how much you order.
Zambia: orders of 1 to 2 items
We're registered for tax in Zambia, so VAT and any applicable duty are calculated and collected at checkout. Nothing further is due on delivery.
Zambia: orders of 3 or more items
Orders above 2 units are treated as commercial imports, and tax and duty become the buyer's responsibility. Our clearing agent in Zambia handles the customs process on your behalf at no extra charge, so you only pay the duty and tax assessed by customs.
Zimbabwe
We don't collect tax or duty at checkout. Any import charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are payable by you before delivery. Rates vary, so check with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.
